Couch Potato Snacks & Workout

Nickie Carrigan, certifed fitness instructor, shared a tasty popcorn trail mix recipe and some simple workout moves to try out while lounging on the couch. 

Popcorn Trail Mix Recipe 

-1 cup Popcorn (airpopped or out of bag)

-2 Tablespoons Pistachios

-1 Tablespoon Dried Cherries or Cranberries

Mix together and store in air-tight container

 

Couch Workout Moves

Pillow Punches (One person holds a pillow from couch in a sumo squat position, partner punches the pillow)

Bulgarian Split Squats (Squat with one leg on the couch, one planted in front, switch legs)

Tricep Dip on Couch (Hands on couch backwards, lift body up in to the air)
