Fabulous Fall Desserts

If you like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups then this is a dessert you’re going to want to make at home this fall. Owner of Angel Food Bakery, Katy Gerdes stopped by to make Pumpkin Nutella Cups.


Pumpkin Nutella Cups
2 cups Chocolate (any kind works)
1/2 cup Nutella
2/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/4 cup Roasted Nut Pieces (optional)
1 tsp Sea Salt
 
Melt chocolate and spoon a bit into the bottom of silicon cupcake pans (or paper lined cupcake pans). Mix Nutella, pumpkin and nuts together. Spoon small amount into the center of the chocolate cups. Chill 15-20 minutes. Spoon remaining chocolate into cups and cover pumpkin filling. Sprinkle sea salt on top and chill until set firm.
 
Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake Cups
2 cups Chocolate (any kind works)
4oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 cup caramel sauce
1 tsp Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (optional)
 
Melt chocolate and spoon a bit into the bottom of silicon cupcake pans (or paper lined cupcake pans). Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, graham, powdered sugar, cream & salt together. Spoon small amount into the center of the chocolate cups. Chill 15-20 minutes. Spoon remaining chocolate into cups and cover pumpkin filling. Add cup caramel sauce (homemade or store bought). Pour over pumpkin filling & chill before topping with chocolate. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top and chill until set firm.
