Recreate State Fair Staples

Chef David Fhima is opening a new restaurant in downtown Minneapolis in late summer 2018. And in honor of the Minnesota State Fair, he used the Great Minnesota Get Together as inspiration for a couple dishes you can make at home.

Fhima's Minneapolis is expected to open in September 2018.

Fhima’s Grilled Cheese with Moroccan Shakshuka
1 loaf of your favorite bread
(Preferably organic bread/brioche bread from reputable artisan bakery. If you make it yourself, even better!)
I like to use and one of my favorite breads to make, Pain de Mie
