Stuffed Burgers and Steaks

Thanks to the Minnesota Beef Council, the owner of Big Steer Meats, Charlie Cory, shares ideas for making stuffed burgers and steaks.

The Italian Stallion

Directions:

  • Butterfly a ribeye
  • Add 3 slices of pepperoni
  • Add sliced pepperoncini 
  • Top with 3 slices of slices of fresh mozzarella
  • Place together with 2 cookable binders, season with Porketta seasoning from Big Steer Meats
  • Cook on medium high for 4 minutes
  • Flip and cook for 7 minutes
  • Flip back and cook for an additional four minutes
