Using Modeling Chocolate for Cake Decorations

In celebration of the new "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie, Erin Campbell from Nadia Cakes stopped by to give Steve and Elizabeth a lesson on decorating a fun pirate-themed cake using modeling chocolate.

Erin shared the simple recipe they use to make modeling chocolate: 

  • 16 oz chocolate of any kind
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup 
Erin says you may need more corn syrup depending on the chocolate.
