Simple Steps to Achieve Your Goals

TCL Producer and fitness coach, Brittany Larson explains how you can start following through on your goals!

There’s a difference between being commitment vs. interested when trying to achieve a goal. If you’re committed you’re going to make it happen and if you’re interested you’ll take action when it’s convenient

Vague goal example: I will start working out soon.

Specific goal example: I will start working out on Monday for 30 minutes, 4 days a week so I can feel more confident and healthy and lose an extra 10 lbs. by July 1st.
