Stairs Workout

It’s a workout requiring no special equipment, no exercise bands, and no gym membership. All you need is a flight of stairs! TCL Fitness Expert, Nancy Stoneberg, joins TCL Reporter Kelli Hanson outside KSTP with five moves to tone up your legs.

Nancy recommends a stairs workout if you’re headed on a vacation that will involve a lot of walking, like to Europe. For these moves, you should repeat each one 10 times and circuit through them all three times.
