Take Back the Bedroom!
This week “50 Shades Darker” -- the sequel to “50 Shades of Grey will be out in theatres. And if it does what the first movie did, it will certainly get people talking -- particularly about their sex lives. Of course, the whole Fifty Shades thing isn't for everyone.
But Dr. Lisa from Wayzata Cosmetic Surgery & Spa says everyone can and should enjoy their intimate relationship -- and it's okay to ask for a little help along the way. She stopped by to get the conversation started.
Dr. Lisa says foods like figs, avocados and chocolate can be an aphrodisiac. And spices like cinnamon and nutmeg can boost the libido. She encourages partners to test their relationship knowledge by taking a date night questionarre. But she says stress and hormones can play a big part in sexually intimacy. That’s why she offers treatments to help woman feel more confident in the bedroom.
