Simple Avocado Egg and Toast Recipe


•1-2 Slices Sprouted Grain or Whole Wheat Toast or English Muffin

•1/2 Avocado

•Salt + Pepper to Taste

•Optional Add-On’s: Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides {stir into avocado mixture}, sprouts, tomato or pretty much any fruits or veggies you’d like for toppings


1. Place toast or English muffin in toaster.

2. Mash 1/2 avocado over toast/English muffin.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Feel free to add any additional toppings.
