Farrell’s 10-Week Challenge – Day 1

TCL Executive Producer Mandy Tadych will be taking you along as she participates in the Farrell’s 10-Week Fitness Challenge.  She’s a busy working mom of two young kids and is ready to make some life changes to improve her health.  Farrell’s 10-Week Challenge is based on 45 minute classes, 6 days a week.   It’s a combination of fitness kickboxing, strength training and nutrition coaching.   Farrell’s gives away $1,000 every session at every location to the person with the biggest transformation.  They hold four 10-Week Challenges per year and spots are limited for each class time.   You can still sign up to join Mandy for this session!  Click here to find the nearest Farrell’s location to you.
