12 Days of Workouts

TCL Fitness Expert Nancy Stoneberg is taking inspiration from a classic holiday song to create a workout routine that only takes five minutes a day. Plus, no equipment necessary!

Nancy’s 12 Days of Workouts Routine

For each day, pick one Muscle Group exercise and one Ab/Core exercise. Start with a two minute warm-up of your choice, then perform each for 30 seconds and repeat three times. The next day, pick another pair and repeat the process for a total of 12 days. After 12 days are complete, take two days off to rest.

Muscle Group:

  1. Push-ups
  2. Squats
  3. Walk-outs
  4. Back extensions
  5. 1 or 2 foot bridge
  6. 1 legged dead lift


Ab/Core Group:

  1. Slow bikes
  2. Plank
  3. Scissor
  4. Reverse plank
  5. Hip raise
  6. Plank with wave
