"Best Butt" Workout

Ali Holman from CoreCamper.com shares her workouts for the best butt - which can help with posture and knee problems too! Plus, Ali brought in her favorite foods that she says help bust that cellulite.

Best Butt Workout:
 
1.  All 4's Donkey Kicks / High Impact Donkey Kicks
2.  2 Low squats, down to Daisy Cutter
3.  Plank Straight Leg Pulses
4.  Short Squat Jump to Short Lunge
5.  Curtsy Lunge / Center squat on toes
 
Ali's Cellulite Busting Foods
 
1.  Asparagus
 
Ali says: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, this delicious green veg helps boost circulation and flushes out toxins that can cause the dreaded dimples.
 
2.  Green Tea
Ali says: As well as being packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory substances, green tea also contains fat-busting ingredient theobromine, which helps break down and release stored fat deposits.
 
3.  Blueberries
Ali says: Antioxidant-rich berries such as blueberries help stimulate collagen production, which can improve the appearance of cellulite.
 
4.  Fresh Citrus Juice
Ali says: Try pink grapefruit juice or orange juice  - or eating a whole one for your breakfast. These are great sources of  bioflavonoids, which help pep up a sluggish circulation (a known cause of cellulite).
 
5.  Almonds
Ali says: Nuts such as almonds and walnuts contain healthy fats and vitamins associated with firmer skin, and they can help regulate the body’s metabolism.
