Prep time: 25 min
Total time: 45 min
½ cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon espresso powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
½ cup flour
3 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark), melted
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
Holiday sprinkles or décor, as desired
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.
- Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, espresso powder, salt, and vanilla until well combined. Add egg; stir vigorously until well mixed. Add flour; stir vigorously until flour is well combined and mixture is glossy.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 16-19 minutes or until surface is dry to the touch. Remove parchment or foil with bark onto cutting board. While bark is hot, cut into 3-inch triangles.
- Stir melted almond bark and peppermint extract together in small bowl. Drizzle over brownie bark. Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles or decor. Cool completely.
