The holidays can be stressful, especially for women. In fact, the American Psychological Association found that women end up handling more of the food and decorating challenges, so they can end up with more stress. Andrea Donsky from NaturallySavvy.com brought in some ways for everyone to de-stress this holiday season.

Essential oils contain terpenes and other properties that help to calm our active minds and melt our stress away. Add a few drops to your bath, place a few drops on your pillow, blend them with a carrier oil (i.e. coconut oil) and massage onto your skin, diffuse them, or inhale them straight from the bottle.
Tip: Always use pure oils that don’t contain additives and haven’t been diluted with chemicals.
