Flavors of Fall at Radisson Blu

Radisson Blu Mall of America is your home away from home for the holidays. From Halloween to New Year's, they're offering great package deals to help you celebrate without leaving the cities. Their restaurant, FireLake Grill House and Cocktail Bar, is switching up their menu to celebrate the changing of the seasons. Assistant General Manager Taylor Shaver showcases a new duck recipe and a Honeycrisp cocktail that you'll be able to try.

 

Honeycrisp Cocktail

1 ounce apple juice
1/2 ounce cognac
1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 to 5 Honeycrisp chunks
Shake with ice
Pour into flute
Top with Prosecco (3ish ounces)
