Em’s Adventure: Em works at Hackenmueller’s Meat Market

Hackenmueller’s Meat Market in Robbinsdale has been around for more than 120 years. It has been Gordy Lindenfelser who has been the face of the business for more than thirty years. Gordy’s personality is as big as his customer base. He attracts folks from all over the cities.

Hackenmueller’s is known for its quality meat, it’s team of employees and its history. You’ll find everything from bacon and ham to ribs and sauces. In one week alone, more than 600 pounds of back is sold every week.

Emily is put to the test. She learns the ins and outs of slicing meat and cheese and she even gives stuffing sausages a try.
