Grilled Snow Balls
Even though it's snowing, we decided to fire up the grill and make Grilled Snow Balls with Cooking for Dads host Rob Barrett.
Rob's Grilled Snow Balls on a Stick (Snow Crab)
8 oz lump crab meat
1/2 cup rice crispies
2 big spoonfuls mayo
1/2 egg white
spoonful worchestershire sauce
1/2 spoonful dijon mustard
Combine everything in a medium bowl
Form medium size balls and put on a plate or tray making sure they're not touching.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for 30 minutes or until cool.
Clean and oil your grill.
Over medium high heat, gently place the balls on the grill. After 2 minutes gently turn them 1/4 turn.
After 2 more minutes do another 1/4 turn. Continue until cooked through normally 4 turns total.
Place on a skewer and serve with Greek Tzaktizi sauce (Costco)
Makes 4 large balls.
