Nicole’s Morning Smoothie

Nicole Rechelbacher starts each day out with this smoothie.

2 tsp Intellimune oil
4 Intellimue tablets
4 or more stalks Kale
1 frozen banana
1 tsp turmeric root
1 tsp ginger root
1 tbsp Sunwarrior protein powder, or protein powder of choice
2 tsp Sunwarrior super greens
1/2 cup of ice
1 1/2 or more cups water

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Serve immediately.
