Winter Smoothies

Heather Janz, known as The Curry Diva, shows us how adding some spices to your favorite smoothie makes it perfect for winter.

Winter Smoothies:

1. ALMOND MILK SMOOTHIES

INGREDIENTS:
ALMOND MILK
BANANAS
SPICES: CINNAMON TURMERIC

Add and Blend

 

2. COCONUT MILK SMOOTHIES

Ingredients:
Coconut Milk
PEAR
Any type of greens
SPICES: GINGER, CARDAMOM

Add and Blend

 

3. YOGURT SMOOTHIES

Ingredients:
VANILLA YOGURT
FROZEN MANGOS
SPICES: CARDAMOM, GINGER, CLOVE

Add and Blend

 

There are no rules when it comes to smoothies, its what ever you enjoy.
