Extreme Couch Workout

If you are laying on your couch and thinking, “I’d love to look like co-host Kirk DeWindt.”  Getting off the couch might be a good start.  But not so fast!  Kirk says you can get an effective workout right from the couch.  Kirk shows off his Extreme Couch Workout!

1) Plank w/ Reverse Fly (feet up on couch, using milk jug)

2) Split Lunge Pass-Through (foot on couch, lunge down, pass milk jug under legs and raise above head)

3) Push Up Pop Ups (Feet on one arm rest, hands on the other- push up, feet and hands all leave couch and back to resting position)

4) Milk Jug V-Sit Curls (balanced v-sit on and of couch, curl 2 milk jugs)

5) Deadlift
