Creamy Tomato Pesto Soup
There are places to go around town for a good cup of soup, but there is nothing like making it at home! Debi Dupree from The Oilerie in St. Paul shows us how.
1 Tbls. Oilerie® Garlic olive oil
1 tsp. garlic fresh minced
1 Jar Oilerie® Classic Italian Marinara sauce or Oilerie® Italian Plum Tomato Marinara Sauce
1 1/4 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Mantova pesto (Found @ the Oilerie®)
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1. Place garlic olive oil in sauce pan.
2. Add fresh garlic and cook over low heat.
3. Add Marinara and stir.
4. Whisk in cream and pesto and turn to medium heat.
5. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
