Snap Chat

One of the newest apps out there is getting the attention of a lot of parents.  You take a photo, then text a note and send it off to a friend.  Once the friend opens to view the picture, they have only ten seconds before it’s gone – supposedly forever.

At least that is the premise of Snap Chat.  The problem is there are ways to keep that picture around and teens don’t always use it for what it’s intended to be used for.  Our panel of parents and experts weigh in.
