Cheesy Langostino Wraps
Getting dinner on the table can be a lot of work – but it doesn’t have to be! Cooking for Dads Rob Barrett is making dinner easier by wrapping it up!
Take one pound of defrosted langostinos, sprinkle with a little Lawry's Seasoned Salt and in a frying pan with a little butter, cook over high heat for 2 or three minutes until slightly browned. Remove from heat. Layout tortillas on a baking sheet and cover with swiss cheese. Put under the broiler until the cheese just melts. Remove and add a line of langostinos on the far end of the tortillas. Then roll up, carefully as they are a little hot.
Serve and eat.
