Herby Artichoke Dip

In honor of The Capital One Bowl, Laurie Crowell – owner of Golden Fig – creates a full dinner in bowls!

1 can artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3 C good mayo
1 TB jalapeno pepper - finely chopped
1/2 C plain yogurt (I like using Greek!)
8 oz. cream cheese please just use the full fat! This recipe is no place for light or non fat ;)
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
1/2 C sour cream (I like Daisy brand)
1 tsp. granulated or powdered garlic
2 tsp. Dynamite Herbs (or a mix of your favorite herbs)
kosher salt and pepper to taste
1 Kings Hawaiian round loaf

Mix all ingredients (except bread) together

Place in dish (wipe edges clean or it will burn)

Bake at 325 until bubbly and browned on top

Scoop out center of Hawaiian Bread (saving pieces for dipping)

Spoon hot Artichoke Dip in and serve
