Bloody Mary Bar
The Bloody Mary is one of the most complex cocktails to make. Bartender from Café Maude, Jeff Rogers, shows us how to create the perfect Bloody Mary Bar at home.
Bloody Mary Options
Traditional
1 ½ oz. Vodka
1 oz. Bloody Base
3 oz. Tomato or V8 Juice
Garnish: Guest’s Choice and Glass Rim
Glass: Guest’s Choice
Procedure: Pour ingredients into a mixing glass or shaker. Pour ingredients back and forth between to mixing glasses or shakers and pour over fresh ice.
Bloody Caesar
1 ½ oz. Vodka
1 oz. Bloody Base
1 ½ oz. Tomato or V8 juice
1 ½ oz. Clamato
Garnish: Guest’s Choice and Glass Rim
Glass: Guest’s Choice
Procedure: Pour ingredients into a mixing glass or shaker. Pour ingredients back and forth between to mixing glasses or shakers and pour over fresh ice.
Red Snapper
1 ½ oz. Gin
Add Bloody Base to taste
3 oz. Tomato or V8 juice

Bloody Maria
1 ½ oz. Tequila or Mezcal
Add Bloody Base to taste
3 oz. Tomato or V8 juice
Garnish: Guest’s Choice and Glass Rim
Glass: Guest’s Choice
Procedure: Pour ingredients into a mixing glass or shaker. Pour ingredients back and forth between to mixing glasses or shakers and pour over fresh ice.
Bloody Bases
Traditional Base
1-2 tablespoons Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish
½ oz. fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic
Cracked pepper, salt, and seasoning to taste
Procedure: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Place into a glass bottle and store in refrigerator until needed.
Bloody Thai
2 tablespoons soy or fish sauce
3 medium sized chilles charred and chopped
2 teaspoons ginger chopped
1 clove garlic (peeled)
1 – 1 ½ oz. fresh lime juice
3 basil leaves
1 oz. simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
Cracked pepper, salt, and seasoning to taste
Procedure: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Place into a glass bottle and store in refrigerator until needed.
