Holiday Drinks to Impress

You don’t have to be a flair bartender to impress your guests when serving up holiday cocktails.  World Champion Flair Bartender from Liquid Motion, Brian Zachau, show sus some impressive cocktails for your holiday parties. 

Oh! Christmas Tree

1½ oz Infused Gin
3/4oz White Cranberry Juice
½oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Top with Brut Champagne

Shake and strain ingredients into glass, then top with champagne. Garnish with a small pine sprig and cranberry.

Yule Mule

1 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
2 oz Ginger Beer
Cinnamon stick

Shake and strain ingredients over ice, then top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Nada Nada Fa-la-lada

Pina Colada Mix
Hot Buttered Rum
Crushed Ice

Combine ingredients and blend, then pour into glass.

Buttered Rum:
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 cups light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Pinch ground cloves
Pinch salt

In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Refrigerate until almost firm.
