Traditional Holiday Foods
For many, the holidays are the time of year to bring out the Lutefisk! The traditional dish of the Nordic countries is served at numerous lutefisk feeds around the Twin Cities during the holiday season. Elizabeth brought her dad, Tom, to Mount Olivet’s Lutefisk Dinner to check out the Scandinavian dish.
