Drunk and Dirty Mince Meat Pie
A quick and dirty recipe by Margery Punnett.
Take any of the commercial fillings of mince meat in a large bowl. Put in a third cup of rum, mix, and allow to sit in a fridge or cold back porch.
After the mince meat has absorbed the rum, put in another cup and allow to chill and repeat until once cup of rum has been added.
Brown a pie shell, fill with mixture and do a lattice top pie crust on top. Bake until piping hot.
Dust with sugar.
