A Twin Cities Live Thanksgiving

It’s a favorite time of year around here at Twin Cities Live!  We’ve gathered up some of our favorite chefs to prepare their Thanksgiving feast for us on the show.  Laurie Crowell from Golden Fig prepares the centerpiece of the meal.  Using her go-to recipe, Laurie prepares a Perfectly Brined Turkey

Kafe 421’s Antigoni Sander McCloud provides the appetizers – Stuffed Brussels Sprouts.   While Cookbook Author, Mary Jane Miller, prepares one of her favorite vegetables in a Raw Butternut Squash Slaw with Warm Curried Bacon and Cranberry Vinaigrette.  Rachel Perron, Kowalski’s Culinary Dirctor, makes a Fruited Wild Rice Pilaf to add to the meal.

Chef John Michael Lerma (Garden County Cooking) wraps up the meal with Cranberry Cakes for dessert.
