Lorie Line’s Famous Corn Casserole

Minnesota Pianist, Lorie Line, shares her favorite recipe.

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Spray PAM in medium Pyrex dish

Mix these ingredients together:
2 eggs
1 stick butter melted
4 Tbs. sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn (water drained)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Pour mixed ingredients into the dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon your oven.  Top will be slightly brown.
