White Chocolate-Cranberry Bread Pudding

Terri Chaffer, owner of the Maple Grove Oilerie, prepares a delicious dessert using oils and sauces from her store.  

1 loaf (16 oz.) Artesian Bread cut into 1 inch cubes
1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate pieces
1 C dried cranberries
3 large eggs
1 C milk
1 C heavy cream
½ C sugar
Dash of salt
2 Tbsp The Oilerie® vanilla olive oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
The Oilerie® Cherry Balsamic Sauce

Directions:

  • Coat a 4 quart slow cooker with olive oil
  • In a large bowl, toss together bread cubes, white chocolate pieces and cranberries until combined
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar and salt
  • Pour over bread mixture and stir together
  • Transfer to prepared slow cooker
  • Sprinkle with olive oil and cinnamon
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting for 3-4 hours
  • Serve warm with Cherry Balsamic Sauce spooned over the top
