Beer Cocktails
You know him as our Wine Guy, but Ted Farrell from Haskell’s knows a thing or two about all cocktails. He shows us how even beer makes a refreshing cocktail when mixed up right!
Michelada
Salt, for rimming the glasses
¼ cup freshly squeeed lime juice, rinds reserved
Ice
1 ½ cups light Mexican beer, such as Corona

2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as Tabasco
1 teaspoon Maggi or soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper for garnish
Beer Margarita
1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate (semi-thawed)
12 fluid ounces tequila

Ice (lots of ice!)
1 lime cut into wedges
The Boris O’Toole
1 shot vodka
1 shot Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 squirt Coca Cola
