Dairy Queen’s Miracle Treat Day

If you love Dairy Queen Blizzards, today is the day to treat yourself.  At least $1 from every Blizzard sold will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. 

Tyler Schell is known as a Blizzard Booster.  He helps sell Blizzards for money for Gilette Children’s Specialty Healthcare – just one of the hospitals in the Children’s Miracle Network.  Tyler invited John, Elizabeth, and Emily to work at Dairy Queen with him.

Tyler has a genetic disease called osteogenesis imperfecta; a rare bone disorder that could lead to a major break in one of his bones.  He has been a patient of Gilette Children’s Specialty Healthcare and knows how important it is to raise funds for the hospital.

This year Dairy Queen is celebrating Miracle Treat Day in a big way!  Proceeds of $1 or more from every Blizzard Treat purchased at participating locations will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.  In addition, your Facebook RSVP to Miracle Treat Day will also be matched with a $1 donation to the cause – up to $50,000!
