A Belgium Summer Dinner
Author Nicole Kebly has written many short stories and novels, including here latest book “White Truffles in Winter.” But the reason she is here to day is after traveling to Belgium, she’s bringing a summer dinner for us and, of course it includes beer!
The meal starts out with Pickled Veggies for an appetizer using beer from Harriet Brewery, dinner is Beer Steamed Shrimp with French Fries and Homemade Mayo using Trappists Rochefort 8 & 10 beer, and dessert is Raspberries in Sugar over Izzy’s Stout Ice Cream with Raspberry Lambic Beer.
