Minnesota Centennial Showboat

In June of 1958, the University of Minnesota Show Boat Company held it’s premier production of Augustin Daly’s Under the Gaslight on the Minnesota Centennial Showboat.

Up until ten years ago, the boat traveled from city to city with their performance.  Now, the boat is permanently docked next to St. Paul’s Harriet Island.  But the shows continue to run.
