Whether you love them or shy away from them, sometimes you may feel like you walk away with other people’s junk.  Our Home DIY Expert, Sunday Burquest, says there are four things you’ve got to master to get the best buy and turn it into something you love.

• #1 – BRING IT.  Bring small bills, comfy shoes, and a list of what you’re looking for.
• #2 – GRAB IT.  If you like something, pick it up because someone else will.
• #3 – SEE IT.  Don’t be put off by the color, if you like the shape of an item.  Envision it in a different color or even how you could re-purpose it.
• #4 – ASK IT – If you want something for a lower price – there’s nothing wrong with asking.
