Deputy Dickinson’s Spicy Wings

The Minneapolis Firefighters turn up the heat with some spicy chicken wings using Gold’n Plump chicken and pairing them with Rachel’s Kettle Chips (a KLN Family Brand).

3 Lbs. Gold’n Plump whole Chicken Wings
Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil

For the sauce:

1 C. Melted Butter
2/3 C. Sri Racha Sauce
½ C. Honey
Lime Juice to taste

Season the wings with salt, pepper, and olive oil.  Grill on medium heat until just cooked through.  Turn often to avoid flare-ups.

Combine sauce ingredients in a large bowl.  When wings are cooked, toss them in the sauce and serve immediately.
