Barbecue Chicken Tacos

Cooking for Dads, Rob Barrett, shows John one of the simplest recipes using Gold’n Plump Chicken and Rachel’s Kettle Chips (a KLN Family Brand).

Take 2 large chicken breasts and place them between two sheets of plastic wrap. With a meat hammer of rubber mallet, flatten meat to about 1/4 inch. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place on grill, brush top side with BBQ sauce and let cook for 1 minute or until half of it turns white. Flip over and brush again with BBQ sauce. Let it cook for 1 or 2 minutes more or until meat is cooked through. Don't over cook. Meat this thin cooks really fast.

Remove and cut into bite size pieces.

Place tortillas or Naan bread on grill to warm up, flipping once. Spread one side with sour cream. 

Place meet in tortilla and eat. (optional, add some shredded lettuce or cabbage)
