Mushroom Farm

Elizabeth loves freshly gown produce so she was a bit surprised when she pulled up to this mushroom farm.  Unlike a normal farm, there were no fields of crops growing in the sun, no green plants, or any plows.

Kevin Doyle, of Forest Mushrooms, has been growing mushrooms since 1985 in an old hog barn.  The barn is kept at a constant 62 degrees with 95% humidity – the perfect climate for mushrooms to thrive and grow.
