Pool Workout

Swimming laps is a great way to get a workout in the pool – and that is no surprise to anyone.  What if we told you that you could get a workout in the pool that doesn’t involve swimming a single lap?  Fitness Expert, Nancy Stoneberg, demonstrates some exercises that can be done when taking a dip in the pool.

In order to burn the most calories, all of the exercises should be repeated at least three times in a circuit formation.  Remember, you don’t need your own pool to workout, check out the open swim times at your local gym.
