It’s pretty hard to think about Christmas when it’s as hot and humid out as it is today.  But some folks in Cologne, Minnesota are doing exactly that.  For E-Clan Shearing, July is the prime month for making sure that your Christmas tree is just perfect when it comes time to cut it down.

The trees got a nice haircut this time of year to make sure it grows into the shape you want it to be.  Trent Johnson of E-Clan Shearing and his co-workers make it look easy spending hours shearing the trees.  But they really need to know what they are doing to get the job done right.  Each tree has different requirements and the process continues for hours.  It’s a great workout but very tiring.  So the holiday may be several months away, but it’s definitely staring to “look a lot like Christmas”!
