TCL’s Wine Tasting party at Haskell’s in Minnetonka was a huge success.  Not only did we get to meet some of our viewers, we also got to meet some of the winemakers. 

Kate is the woman behind a wine called MacMurray Ranch.  Kate’s father was the actor Fred MacMurray and her mother was the actress, June Haver.  In 1941 on a fly fishing trip, her father found the ranch that the wine was born on.  When not in Hollywood, Kate’s famous folks spent much of their time out on the ranch.  After her father died, Kate wanted to honor his memory with a wine born from the very land he loved so much.
