Chef Daniel Green was stumped while looking through the cupboards of viewer Emily Korf of St. Paul. He found one ingredient he’s never even heard of. But we still were not able to stump the chef!
2 cups dried Quinoa 1 tabelspoon sundries tomatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 cup mushrooms hald green pepper diced 1/2 white onion chopped 1 clove crushed garlic Cook the quinoa in a pan of boiling water as the the instructions on pack, meanwhile heat a little olive oil and fry the onions, pepper and mushrooms for a few minutes, now add the garlic. Make a little dressing with the olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and vineger and mix well. When the quinoa is cooked, drain and add to the pan, mix in the dressing and serve
