In 2002, Chris Jenkins, a University of Minnesota student disappeared on Halloween night.  His body was found in the Mississippi River over 3 months later with his death being ruled an accident.  In 2006, the Minneapolis Police Department ruled the death of Chris Jenkins a homicide.  On the seven year anniversary of Chris’ disappearance the person or persons responsible for his death is still unknown.

Earlier this month, Chris’ mom, Jan Jenkins released her book, Footprints of Courage.  On November 1, 2002, Steve, Jan and Sara Jenkins discovered that their son and brother, Chris had not been seen since the previous night.
