For the last month viewers have submitted pictures and emails for our New Years Eve head-to-toe makeover. With lots of qualified couples there was one that stood out the most.

Meet 50-year-old Amie Killorin and her 46-year-old fiancé Ken Flyger. The couple claims they are stuck in the 80’s with wardrobes consisting of jeans, t-shirts and lots of Harley Davidson gear. Amie’s hair has not changed in about 20 years spending pay checks on mousse, hair spray and hair color to hide her dry, thin flyaway hair. Ken has his own hair issues, combing what he has left of it over to the side and gives it a nice coating of hairspray.
 
The couple got the makeover just in time for the New Year and for their wedding they are planning for 2010!  Heimie’s Haberdashery in St. Paul provided Ken’s new tux and Picky Girl in St. Paul provided Amie’s new outfit.  Amie’s hair and make-up was done by Brian Horst from Details Salon in St. Paul.
