Yellow Part

  • 12 oz. White chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C heavy cream 
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 16 drops yellow food color

Line a 9x5 loaf pan with foil, leaving foil long on ends to use as handles when removing. Spray with nonstick spray

Place heat safe bowl over pan of water.

Add chips, cream, zest and juice. Bring water in pan to a simmer, stir chips until melted.

Stir in food color  (use more is you want it darker)  and pour into prepared pan. 

Place in fridge and chill 30 minutes. 


Orange part

  • 12 oz. White chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C heavy cream 
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp orange juice
  • 8 drops yellow food color
  • 10 drops red food color

Repeat above steps, pour orange layer on top of chilled yellow layer. Place back in fridge and let chill 30 minutes.


White part

  • 12 oz. White chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C heavy cream 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste 

Place all ingredients in heat safe bowl and stir over simmering water until smooth. Pour on top of orange layer and let sit overnight  (or at least 3 hours)

Remove from pan. Cut into slices. Then cut slices into wedges and serve.

Can keep in fridge up to one week.
