For the last few months we've been following one of our own on an intense fitness journey. TCL’s Executive Producer, Mandy Tadych, committed to eating clean and working out six days a week at Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping. She wanted to lose a few pounds and get her body back after having two babies in a few years. Mandy was able to drop 12.4 pounds and 13 inches in just 10 weeks!
