Batman and Robin came out in 1997 and was a huge flop. It looked like Batman was dead at the theater until Director Christopher Noland and star Christian Bale brought him back to life with Batman Begins. The sequel to that movie, The Dark Knight took in over a billion dollars at the box office. The Dark Knight Rises opens tomorrow in theaters and Rusty Gatenby is here with his review.
