You’ve seen Rock the Vote on MTV, but what about Bark the Vote?  Schmitty is a Yorkie who is working hard to get humans out to the polls to vote on November 4th!  Schmitty helped raise money after 911 and touched the lives of many.  Now he is reaching out to 74 million dogs in the United States to take a bite out of voter apathy.

20 years ago, local comedian Joel Hodgson pitched a unique idea for a television show at KTMA in St. Paul.  Drawing on influences, including his stage act, Joel and a crazy cast of characters with Trace Beauliu, he created “Mystery Science Theater 3000.”  The first episode aired on Thanksgiving Day in 1988.

This year the 46th Annual Holiday Display at Macy’s will surprise and delight guests of all ages as the department store brings “A Day in the Life of An Elf at Macy’s Santa Land,” to its 8th floor auditorium.  Construction started on the display at the beginning of October and the artists are working hard to finish it by the November 8th opening date to the public.
