1. Ingredients...
- Left over chicken - Flour tortillas - Mexican shreaded cheese blend - Salsa - Sliced Almonds - Cooking spray
2. Spray skillet with cooking spray
- Heat at medium
3. Place tortilla in heated pan
4. Sprinkle chicken onto tortilla
- Diane says left over or rotisserie chicken is best
5. Sprinkle cheese... Almonds... And salsa
6. Top with second tortilla
7. Press down with spatula... Then flip
8. Cook for a minute or so
9. Slide quesadilla out of pan onto cutting board
10. Cut into 4 pieces using a pizza wheel
11. Eat
